How Do I....
Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

Please return your computer printout to the surgery:

a) By post (enclosing a stamped self addressed envelope), allowing several days for postage
OR
b) Hand it into the surgery
OR
c) Complete a repeat prescription form at the surgery

This practice operates a new Repeat Dispensing Scheme with our local pharmacists.
If you regularly get your medicines on repeat prescriptions and you are stable on this medication we would like to make the way you get your medicines even easier. The repeat dispensing scheme allows your doctor to issue a single repeatable prescription to your regular pharmacist so that you can get your medications direct from your local pharmacy without having to see your doctor.

PLEASE COLLECT YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS AFTER 2.30PM AND BEFORE 6.15PM.
