If your child is aged between 6 months and 5 years, Shakespeare House Medical Centre is now able to offer your child the Swine Flu Vaccination.  Please call the Surgery for details of the clinics available.

 

 

FOR PATIENTS WHO ARE IN 'AT RISK' GROUPS, THE SWINE FLU VACCINATION IS NOW AVAILABLE.  PLEASE ALSO BE AWARE THAT IF YOU DNA (DO NOT ATTEND) THEN THE VACCINATION CANNOT BE OFFERED AGAIN.
